Fees Explained
WollCon fees are charged per term (based on the NSW School Term structure) and all our fees for new enrollees for calendar year 2026 can be seen below.
Please Note: As from 2025 there is no longer an Enrolment Fee.
WollCon is able to accept Creative Kids vouchers as payment towards your invoice.

Shared and Group Sessions
When participants approach us as an existing pair or group, shared or group sessions can be arranged. Fees for shared lessons are based on a consistent hourly rate, where the cost per student is calculated on the hourly rate divided by the amount of students attending. Please see examples below.

Reports
Standard reports as required by NDIS and/or other similar purposes. It is expected that a report will be required for each plan review, and that 2 hours work will be required for the therapist to prepare that report.
Fee: $312.32 (based on anticipated 2 hours)
Travel
The cost for therapist travel is $78.08 per hour.
Where a session is shared among multiple clients, the hourly cost is divided equally among them.
Provider Travel
Where an arrangement has been made for sessions to be delivered offsite, other than at WollCon’s premises in Keiraville, a travel cost will apply.
Travel is charged for the round trip, in units of 15 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum cost.
