Chamber Music Ensembles
Chamber Music involves ensembles of 3–5 musicians, each playing a unique part and vitally contributing to shaping the music. The small group setting provides a hands-on learning experience, allowing for both individual and collective growth in musicianship and performance.
To ensure a rewarding and productive experience in our Chamber Music Program, we require that instrumentalists have achieved at least AMEB Grade 5 or equivalent. For pianists, a minimum of Grade 6 or equivalent is required. These standards help ensure that all participants can fully engage with the program’s challenges and opportunities.
We warmly invite all instrumentalists, especially pianists, to join our dynamic chamber music community. The program is open to all musicians in the Illawarra community, you don’t need to be a current WollCon student to play Chamber Music.
