Fees Explained
WollCon fees are charged per term (based on the NSW School Term structure) and all our fees for new enrollees for calendar year 2024 can be seen below.
Please Note: WollCon is able to accept Creative Kids vouchers as payment towards your invoice.

Shared and Group Sessions
When participants approach us as an existing pair or group, shared or group sessions can be arranged. Fees for shared lessons are based on a consistent hourly rate, where the cost per student is calculated on the hourly rate divided by the amount of students attending. Please see examples below.

Travel
Where an arrangement has been made for sessions to be delivered somewhere other than at WollCon, travel cost will be involved. Travel is charged for the round trip, in units of 15 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum cost. The cost of travel in any individual case will be calculated based on the figures below.

Annual Admin Fee
$55.00 per year
Fees are paid termly in advance and can be paid by direct debit or Bpay. Whilst we generally don’t offer refunds, we do have some flexibility for exceptional circumstances. We most commonly offer credits so that you can make up your activity later. We recommend that you read our T&Cs before committing.
