What is it that you love about teaching music – particularly at Wollongong Conservatorium?
I love the moment a student understands something they’ve been struggling with a piece or with the instrument, and everything else just falls into place. WollCon has so many like-minded tutors and professionals outside my own instrumental expertise that all have unique experiences to share with the next generation of musicians.

Performing Sibelius Symphony No.2 with Canberra Symphony Orchestra. Sitting up the back of the orchestra behind the woodwind section with a mix of old colleagues and people I look up to, playing a symphony I love.
