What do you teach at the Con?
Speech & Drama (Group and Individual lessons, working towards showcase and Eisteddfod performances, AMEB examinations, HSC Drama, auditions, etc.)
What is it that you love about teaching music – particularly at Wollongong Conservatorium?
I love teaching such a range of students, of different ages, interests and talents. I enjoy teaching in a place where creativity is valued, and being nestled in amongst the beauty of the gardens.
Please share a particular career highlight and why it’s special to you.
Every time a student grows in confidence with their performance work, or steps out of their comfort zone to learn or achieve something new, it is a highlight for me. I really enjoy seeing students reaching their potential and expanding their creative horizons.
