The students are registered and it’s now time to perform.
Our final Performance Day for the year (10th December) will showcase the musical achievements of advanced students with our 2023 Concerto Competition.
In this competition students enrolled at WollCon will compete for $1000 in prize money offered in this annual competition. But there can only be one winner.
Participants will perform one movement of a concerto or piece for solo instrument and orchestra. They will be assessed by a guest adjudicator and the winner announced on the day.
Our adjudicator will be Melissa Barnard of the ACO.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this free event. No prebooking to be part of the audience is required.
We look forward to celebrating WollCon’s talented youth with you.
